By Gary Phillips, makeover coordinator
The makeover process is heading along at full steam. Recommendations have been conveyed to the makeover companies and they have been received with much enthusiasm. One of the companies even stated that they intend to implement all of the advisor’s recommendations as soon as possible.
The makeover companies are already starting to realize the value of all the hard work and concerted efforts of the advisory panel and Walsh College participants. The companies’ processes, policies and practices are being revised and updated as a result of the recommendations and new models of efficiency and modernization are starting to emerge.
The sometimes arduous task of analyzing and assessment has borne the fruits of innovative and practical recommendations for solutions to the myriad challenges faced by small business in today’s tough economic conditions. A debt of gratitude goes out to all involved in the makeover process, as their efforts are greatly appreciated for the impact they have begun to produce.
As the recommendations take hold and effectuate positive change to the organizations involved, the implementation process will further challenge and reward the enterprises engaged through new visions and missions that provide enhanced clarity for the future.
So please stay tuned for more exciting news and developments in the makeover program, as progress is further demonstrated with more yet to take place in the ensuing months.
