The Walsh Business Leadership Institute will host a Family Business Breakfast on Thursday, October 30, 2008 at the Troy Campus. Special guest panelist Mary Whiteside, PhD, will offer guidance to husbands and wives who own businesses together.Guest couples include Mark and Sally Young, owners of Western Creative, a Redford based advertising agency; and Mike and Jill Kotsis, succeeding generation of Atlas Wholesale Food Co. in Detroit. Panel moderator will be family business specialist Ursula Scroggs, CPA, president, Derderian, Kann, Seyferth & Salucci PC.
Breakfast and registration open at 7:30 am and the program will begin at 8.
Breakout sessions on a variety of topics relevant to family owned businesses will be offered until noon.
